Nathalee Paolinelli Ceramics is not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the customer’s requested address.

We typically processes online orders within 1 - 4 business days, given all items are in stock. Items not in stock allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Orders are shipped via this UPS. Made to order lead times are estimates, and may vary due to material shortages and unexpected manufacturing delays.

If your order is damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and notify us at studio@nathaleepaolinelli.com right away.

Any damage to a received shipment must be reported immediately upon receipt. No damage claims will be accepted after 7 days past delivery.
