2. Custom Orders
All our ceramics are hand-built and custom-made specifically for you. This means that after you place your order, it will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks for your ceramic pieces to be made and glazed. Of course, if you only order one thing, it will be a faster turnaround time, and if you order more than one item, it will take longer. I will always keep you up to date as to where the studio is with your order. 

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment will be processed at the time of your order through our secure payment portal.

4. Shipping
Once your order is completed, we will ship it to the address you provide. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged piece and packaging.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Nathalee Paolinelli Ceramics and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms
