By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Custom Orders
All our ceramics are hand-built and custom-made specifically for you. This means that after you place your order, it will take approximately 1 to 4 weeks for your ceramic pieces to be made and glazed. Of course if you only order one thing it will be a faster turn around time and if you order more than one item it will take longer, I will always keep you up to date as to where the studio is with your order. 

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment will be processed at the time of your order through our secure payment portal.

4. Shipping
Once your order is completed, we will ship it to the address you provide. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect in the product upon delivery. If you encounter issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Nathalee Paolinelli Ceramics and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
