Shipping Policy
- We ship to Canada, USA, and Europe for now. Working on setting up worldwide.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks as each item is made to order.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped from my studio, so you can follow your package's journey. I use UPS and they provide a tracking number to the email address you give me.
**Shipping Costs:**
- Standard shipping rates apply based on the weight of your order and the destination.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout.
Return Policy
**Returns:**
- We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Any damaged ceramics will not be accepted.
**Return Process:**
1. Contact us at studio@nathaleepaolinelli.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
**Refunds:**
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
**Exchanges:**
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
**Damaged Items:**
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
