Each piece is handcrafted in Nathalee's Vancouver studio. Designed to be both functional and sculptural, every piece carries subtle variations in form and finish that reflect its handmade nature.

Are the torn edges sharp or fragile?

No. The torn edges are intentionally sculpted to create each piece's organic character. They are smooth to the touch but should be handled with care.

How durable are these pieces?

Porcelain is remarkably strong, but these sculptural pieces are designed for decorative use and should be handled with care.

Will every piece look the same?

No. Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in shape, texture, and finish are part of its unique character.

How long will it take to make my order?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks before shipping.

Will my order arrive safely?

Every order is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us on the day your order arrives and include photos of the piece and packaging. Once we've confirmed the damage occurred in transit, we'll replace the piece. We simply ask that the shipping cost for the replacement be covered by the customer.

What is your return policy?

As every piece is handmade, slight variations are not considered defects. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch as we're happy to help.
