Is this ceramic food safe?

Yes. All of our tableware is finished with food-safe, lead-free glazes and made for everyday use.

How durable is this ceramic?

Porcelain may look delicate, but it is remarkably strong and durable. With normal care, it is designed to be enjoyed every day.

Is this ceramic dishwasher safe?

Yes. All of our tableware is dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the finish over time.

Can I use it in the oven and or microwave?

No. Our ceramics are not intended for oven/microwave use, as sudden temperature changes can cause cracking.

Will my ceramic scratch?

Matte glazes may occasionally show grey marks from cutlery. These are metal deposits, not scratches, and can usually be removed with a gentle ceramic cleaner.

Will every piece look the same?

No. Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in shape, size, and glaze are part of its unique character.

How long will it take to make my order?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks before your order is shipped.

Will my order arrive safely?

We carefully package every order using a packing system designed to protect each piece during transit.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us the same day you receive it and include photos of both the piece and the packaging. Once we've confirmed the damage occurred in transit, we'll happily replace the piece. We simply ask that the shipping cost for the replacement be covered by the customer.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations are not considered defects. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch as we're always happy to help.
